I had a brain lapse and backed into my garage door as it was closing. This put a bow the bottom of the door, and also a small crimpled in the second panel from the bottom. I assumed they would have to… Read more I had a brain lapse and backed into my garage door as it was closing. This put a bow the bottom of the door, and also a small crimpled in the second panel from the bottom. I assumed they would have to be replaced. To my delight, the service technician was able to fix them without replacing them! I really appreciated that.

The installation team was top rate! Very professional and went above and beyond to make sure the installation was perfect, both times. I was amazed at how quiet the new door opener is and how noisy my old opener had been. Paul gave me good reasons for not repairing the "old" (1998) opener and sure glad he talked me into the new one.
